Digestive comfort – Liquorice root has been traditionally used to support digestive health by soothing the stomach lining and promoting healthy digestion. Spearmint can also have a calming effect on the digestive system, helping to alleviate indigestion and bloating.
Mouth and Gum Health: Both spearmint and liquorice root are known for their potential oral health benefits. Spearmint’s natural freshness can help combat bad breath, and liquorice root has been used in oral care for its potential antimicrobial properties.
INGREDIENTS: 100% certified organic spearmint and liquorice root.
TO MAKE: Add 1 heaped teaspoon per cup into a teapot or infuser. Add hot water (70-80˚C) and allow to infuse for 3 minutes.
