A traditional mix of exotic herbs & spices, blended with black tea to create an aromatic Masala Chai.
The foundation of traditional chai is strong black tea which provides a robust base. This tea is brewed alongside a medley of spices; cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, fennel seed, coriander seed, star anise, cloves and black peppercorns, with each spice contributing a distinct layer of warmth and complexity.

Mountain Chai is a rich and aromatic blend that combines the robustness of Australian black tea with a carefully curated selection of spices, resulting in a complex and flavourful infusion that offers warmth and depth with a subtle sweetness and gentle heat.
INGREDIENTS: 100% certified organic cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, fennel, coriander, star anise, cloves & peppercorns. (spray-free) Australian black tea.
TO MAKE: Add 1 dessert spoon of mountain chai to a 2-3 cup teapot. Half fill with boiling water & the balance with hot milk. Allow to steep 3-5 mins. Enjoy with your favourite sweetener.
