1. What makes your teas and herbal infusions unique?
Our teas and herbal infusions are handcrafted in small batches, using carefully selected ingredients inspired by our travels in Southeast Asia. Each blend is a reflection of our passion for tea and our commitment to quality and sustainability.

2. How should I store my loose-leaf teas?
To maintain freshness, we recommend storing your loose-leaf teas in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Our reusable packaging is designed to help keep your tea at its best.

3. What’s the best way to brew your teas?
Brewing recommendations vary depending on the blend, but generally, we suggest using 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per 8-ounce cup of water. Steep in freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes, adjusting the time to your taste preference. For specific instructions, please refer to the label on your tea package.

4. Are your teas organic?
Yes, our teas are organic, with the exception of the Australian black tea used in our Mountain Chai and Robust blends. While this tea is not certified organic, it is spray-free and carefully selected for its quality. We’re committed to providing high-quality, natural products that you can feel good about.

5. Are your teas suitable for vegans?
Yes, all of our teas and herbal infusions are vegan-friendly. We do not use any animal products in our blends.

6. Do you offer caffeine-free options?
Absolutely! We have a selection of herbal infusions that are naturally caffeine-free, perfect for those looking to enjoy a relaxing cup of tea without the caffeine.

7. How environmentally friendly is your packaging?
We’re committed to sustainability, which is why all of our teas are packaged in compostable or reusable packaging. We believe that enjoying tea shouldn’t come at the expense of the environment.

8. Why is loose-leaf tea better than teabags?
Loose-leaf tea is generally considered superior to teabags because it allows for better flavour extraction. The larger leaves in loose tea have more room to expand, resulting in a richer and more nuanced taste. In contrast, teabags often contain smaller, broken leaves or dust, which can lead to a less robust flavour.

9. Is loose-leaf tea better for the environment?
Loose-leaf tea is often the more eco-friendly option. Our loose-leaf teas are packaged in compostable or reusable packaging, reducing waste compared to single-use teabags, which often contain plastic or non-biodegradable materials. By choosing loose-leaf tea, you’re not only enjoying a better cup of tea but also making a more sustainable choice.

10. Can I order your teas in bulk?
Yes, we offer bulk purchasing options for those who wish to stock up on their favourite blends. Please contact us directly for more information and pricing.

11. Do you ship internationally?
Sadly, not at this stage.

12. What is your return policy?
